All you need to know before booking...
1. We are all vaccinated and safety & precautionary measures are observed at all times.
2. Don't be late on your session so that you will be able to take proper photos. There are other clients who are booked before or after you and we want to respect the time of everyone. If you're late, please expect that we might not finish all themes or we might not be able to take some family photos.
3. If you booked for Maternity shoot or any other category, please focus on it. We don't recommend you bringing a lot of friends or relative on the shoot unless it is a Family Session. We understand that you have your parents on vacation who came to see your babies and we understand that it is always nice to have some family photos of the baby with them, if it is, please inform us so we can plan accordingly. Each session is booked according to your package and what type of session it is. There's an additional charge for extra people coming at the studio beside from parents & siblings of the baby/toddler.
4. Photos will be sent to you 24-48 Hours after the photoshoot.
5. Final Images will take 1-2 weeks once orders are placed.
6. Prints and album can take 2-3 weeks upon approval of photos/layouts.
7. Videos can take up to 1-2 weeks.

All you need to know before booking...
At Chaz Studio, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. We want to assure you that we are fully vaccinated, and we strictly observe safety and precautionary measures at all times.
We understand that preparing for a photo shoot with kids can be challenging, especially for first-time moms. To ensure that we capture the best possible images, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your session. Please be mindful that there are other clients who have booked before or after you, and we want to respect everyone's time. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. We may not be able to complete all themes, but we will make sure to capture some family photos, as they are a must!
If you have booked a Newborn shoot or any other category, we recommend focusing on that specific session. We discourage bringing additional people to the shoot unless it is a Family Session. However, we understand that grandparents may be visiting, and it's always lovely to have family photos with the baby. If you plan to bring extra people, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly. Each session is booked according to your package and session type, and there will be an additional charge for extra individuals at the studio, aside from parents and siblings of the baby/toddler.
